In the spring of 1989, on a business trip in Japan, we discovered a rather unique service for Japanese travelers. That is: upon arrival in Japan , Japanese travelers send their baggage home thru the “Airport Baggage Delivery Service” and literally “traveled light” home by public transportation. On our return to Taiwan , realizing that Taiwanese travelers were on the increase, we established the “Baggage Service Company”. Initially, we started with just baggage delivery but continued to develop related services until we received support and encouragement from the various airlines. With continued transfer of technology and management techniques from our counterparts in Japan , we have now expanded our services to include not only baggage delivery but also baggage pick-up and storage services.

        At present, we have 4 counters at Terminal 1 and 2 Departure and Arrival Halls. We are the only legally accredited baggage delivery service company of the Taoyuan International Airport . We are currently contracted by 26 airlines namely China Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Eva Air, United Airlines, Northwest, etc ., all in cooperation with each other. We have been in this business for 18 years, servicing the whole of Taiwan and open 365 days a year; now with the opening of the High Speed Railway “Baggage Pick-up Service”, our services are so much more in demand. Soon Taiwan travelers will emulate the Japanese in traveling light and consider us a boon to their travel convenience.
