Terms and Conditions for Baggage Pick Up

- All payments for this service are due upon baggage claim at the airport.
- For safety and security reasons, baggage should not contain substances which are considered illegal by local law including flammables, explosives, poisonous substances, money, jewelry, and other valuables as well as improperly or poorly packaged items. Liquids in breakable containers are also not accepted. We will not be liable for any loss or damage in delivery of above mentioned articles.
- Standard baggage weight is 20 kg per piece and each kilogram (kg) in excess of 20 kg will be charged at NT $ 20.00 per kg based on the weighing scale at our counters at the Taoyuan International Airport.
- If there will be any change in your claim instructions (advance date, date delay, changing terminal location, etc.), please notify us at least 24 hours before pick up. We reserve the right to amend the service if instructions are given less than 24 hours before the scheduled date.
- Should there be unclaimed baggage on the scheduled date, storage charges of NT $ 100.00 per day will be charged starting from the 4th day after a grace period of 3 days. If we still do not have contact with you 30 days after scheduled date of pick up, we reserve the right to dispose of your luggage without recourse to you.
- For difficult-to-reach areas and off-island areas, please double check with our counter staff if it is within our service coverage area.
- We do not accept perishables/ chilled or frozen items as we do not have facilities for this at the present time.
- If the baggage is damaged or lost in the course of this transaction, an independent organization will be assigned to tackle the attribution of the problem. Should the company be proved wrong, maximum compensation is US $ 20.00 per kg, based on the Warsaw Convention, but not exceeding NT $10,000.00 per piece. The company will not take responsibility for claims due to force majeure such as earthquake, typhoon, war, etc.
- Service operation hours at our various counters at the Taoyuan International Airport vary, so please check with customer service staff where you can claim your luggage.
- A baggage receipt is a requisite for every transaction. Please be sure to obtain and keep the receipt whenever you leave the baggage with us. If you fail to receive certain receipts, please notify our Downtown Office.
- When a lawsuit becomes necessary to settle the dispute between both parties, the Taipei District Court will be the venue to settle the conflict.
Terms and Conditions for Baggage Transport
- Our rate for pricing baggage for delivery is set at 20 kg per piece. In excess of 20 kgs, each kilogram (kg) is billed an additional NT $20.00 per kilogram.
For example:
- Item:1 pc of 22 kg baggage for delivery to Yung Ho, Taipei
- (1)2 kgs Surcharge @ NT $20/kg:NT $ 40.00
- (2)Basic Rate Taipei:NT $300.00
- (3)Yung Ho Area, add:NT $100.00
- (4)Total Price:NT $ 440.00

- When the baggage or parcel is handed over from counter desks, customers should check that the seal is intact before signing for acceptance. If original seal is broken or outer packing has been opened, please notify us immediately.

Terms and Conditions of Service
- The Baggage Storage Service is available for arriving and departing passengers.
- To avail of the service, please give valid identification and contact information.
- Baggage left for storage must not contain illegal goods or substances, dangerous goods (such as flammable objects), perishables, valuables such as cash, jewelry,
gold, stocks and bonds.
(Animals and pets not accepted for storage).
- Baggage receipt is basis for claiming baggage. Please keep well and inform us immediately if lost.Should your baggage be claimed by any holder of your receipt
prior to your advice, we cannot assume responsibility for miscarriage of your baggage.
- Baggage left for storage over 30 days from estimated date of claim will be disposed of by Pinoy Express Baggage Storage Service without recourse by the person who
left the baggage.
- Due to security reasons, we may request you to open your baggage for inspection purposes.
- We reserve the right to collect a deposit on your storage fees.
- For any losses in baggage, maximum payment on your loss will be 20 times the amount paid for storage but will not exceed NT$10,000 per piece.
